If you are having trouble downloading and installing Adobe Flash player, ensure that:
- JavaScript is enabled.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Choose Tools > Internet Options.
- Select the Security tab.
- Select the Trusted sites zone.
- Select the Custom Level.
- Find the section "Scripting"
- Set Active scripting to Enable.
- Click OK.
- Select Internet zone.
- Repeat steps 5 - 8.
